The role involves assuring the appropriate selection, dosing, administering, and dispensing of medication orders while reviewing orders to prevent drug-related problems and recommending formulary alternatives. Responsibilities also include compounding medications, providing drug information and education to staff and patients, and overseeing technical personnel assisting in medication preparation.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy and be a Licensed Pharmacist credentialed by the Florida Board of Pharmacy prior to the hire or transfer date. One year of Inpatient Pharmacy experience is listed as an additional preference.

Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Florida Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
