The Veterinary Technician in the Neurology Department will perform technical tasks including venipuncture, IV catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring for various procedures, and assisting doctors during surgeries like orthopedic and soft tissue repairs. They are also responsible for patient advocacy, providing comfort, diagnostic, and nursing care, alongside communicating effectively with clients.
Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of experience in the veterinary field, with mandatory anesthesia experience, and demonstrate solid technical skills and sound judgment. Required attributes include strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, proactive thinking, and the capacity to maintain a positive outlook while working well in stressful, collaborative environments.

Compensation is based on experience and skill level.
