The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care with a focus on family planning, communicable disease support, and child health services. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, managing grant programs, and performing epidemiological investigations to ensure high-quality community health outcomes.
Candidates must hold an Associate's degree in nursing and a current, unrestricted Colorado Registered Nurse license. At least three years of nursing experience in a public health or clinical setting is preferred, along with proficiency in electronic health records.

This is a part time position scheduled to work 3 consistent days per week.
Provide comprehensive, unbiased nursing care across Delta County Health Department’s public health programs, with a focus on family planning services and support of communicable diseases and child health to ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality community health services.
Requirements: Position requirements:
Education: Associate’s degree in nursing required, bachelor’s degree preferred
At least three (3) years of nursing experience in a Public Health setting, physician’s office, or community clinical setting is preferred. Proficiency and experience in AthenaOne (electronic health record) is preferred. Combination of education and experience could waive specific requirement.
