We are looking for a compassionate LPN or RN to support Matt, a man in his early 40s who lives with his mother and sister. While Matt is non-verbal and paralyzed, he has a strong presence and a family that is deeply committed to his comfort. • Life
• Your day will include:
• Respiratory
• Support: Keeping his lungs clear using a nebulizer and a cough assist machine three times a day.

Nutrition

• Managing his feeding tube and ensuring his daily intake is on track.
• Safe
• Movement: Using a ceiling lift for transfers—allowing you to move the client safely and comfortably without physical strain.
• Physical
• Therapy: Coordinating with the family to get him ready for his weekly PT appointments.
