Provide skilled nursing care including trach/vent care, medication administration, and catheter care while monitoring and documenting patient vitals and symptoms. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as repositioning and hygiene, ensuring patient well-being through compassionate and attentive care.
Candidates must possess an active LPN or RN license in the state of Michigan and are preferred to have experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care. Experience with pediatric or adult complex care, such as trach/vent knowledge, is a plus, alongside strong communication skills.
