Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families of all ages, managing a diverse caseload that may include various mental health issues. Deliver services in-office, via telehealth, and in community settings to expand access for underserved populations.
A Master’s degree in a relevant field and completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting are required. Candidates must be licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts and possess strong communication and clinical skills.
Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work (LCSW), or related field. Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting. Licensed or license-eligible in MA. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach. Compensation Unlicensed Clinicians: $60,000 annually + monthly productivity bonus opportunity. Licensed Clinicians: $65,000 annually + monthly incentive bonus opportunity. Why Join Us?
