Assists in administering physical therapy care programs and monitors patient progress to communicate with the Physical Therapist and medical staff. Responsible for maintaining accurate medical records, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Requires an Associate's Degree and a current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in New York State. Candidates must have 1-3 years of relevant experience.

1.Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. 2.Current License to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in New York State required, plus specialized certifications as needed. 3.1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
