As a Registered Nurse (RN), the primary duties involve providing direct care to residents, supervising nursing assistants, and accurately charting and maintaining resident documentation. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, hold a valid and current nursing license in Illinois, and maintain current CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience specifically in long-term care is required for this position.
