The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct care to residents, supervise nursing assistants, and be responsible for preparing, administering medications, and maintaining accurate resident documentation. They must also develop and maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
Candidates must possess a valid, current nursing license in Illinois and current CPR certification, along with at least one year of experience in long-term care. The role specifically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher and is hiring only for the 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am shifts.
