Fellows will train and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, traveling weekly to various post-acute care settings in Western Washington for clinical training and hands-on experience. This includes participating in customized didactic training in wound management, dermatology, and limb preservation, along with opportunities for board certifications.
Candidates must be recent Advanced Practice Provider graduates or seasoned NPs/PAs passionate about advanced training focused on geriatric and homebound patients, requiring board certification as an NP or PA licensed in Washington State. Essential requirements include reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Hours: Typical hours are Monday through Friday; 6:00am – 3:00pm, no nights, weekends, or call
