• Join team of 1 Physician and 1 Advanced Practitioner Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access 36 direct patient care hours, 4 hours of administrative time Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community Onsite lab and X-ray (CBC, Hemoglobin A1C, Cholesterol panel, protimes ect.) Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

Responsibilities

Clinic hours Monday-Friday 8-5 PM Outpatient only with Average 18-20 patients per day 60 patients per day including lab and nurse visits 2-3 exam rooms per provider and 1 procedure room Shared call amongst the providers. Call is light, and first triaged through MyNurse line Call rotation is 1:8 weeks Opportunity to float to additional FM clinic including Grundy and Eldora to assist with coverage Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve General family medicine procedures such as joint injections, skin excisions, lacerations, casting, joint injections etc. Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications
