The provider will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnose and manage a wide range of primary care conditions, and provide urgent care services while managing value-based patients to meet quality benchmarks. Key duties also involve coordinating care, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Candidates must possess a Medical degree (MD or DO) and hold a valid Florida medical license, along with Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, DEA license, and CPR certification. A minimum of 2 years of primary care experience, especially with value-based care and HEDIS measures, is preferred.

As a Primary Care Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to support patient wellness, manage chronic conditions, and address urgent healthcare needs. We are looking for a full-time provider who is passionate about primary care and committed to professional growth within our expanding practice.
