We are hiring for one Full-Time and one Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) to stabilize clinical standards, deliver injections and longevity care, and drive education-led plan adoption (memberships, continuity of care).
This is an early-seat role with a stable hourly base, incentive upside, and a consult-led model that rewards education, retention, and ethical conversion, with added emphasis on longevity services (HRT/BHRT, peptides, weight loss, IV therapy).

Requirements
Must-Have Active Florida NP or PA license in good standing. Hands-on, independent injection experience including tox (neuromodulators), and filler. Consult-led practice style with strong documentation habits; aligned to on-site Jacksonville work with Wed evening and Sat-by-appointment availability as needed. Longevity prescribing/management exposure under protocol (HRT, Peptides, and Weight Loss). Nice-To-Have Vendor familiarity (Allergan, Galderma, Crown, and/or Evolus) and comfort operating in a relaunch/build environment.
