The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers patient-centered fertility care, which includes patient education, medication instruction, treatment planning, and support during procedures. Key duties involve conducting patient assessments, providing phone/email triage, coordinating testing, monitoring progress, and performing intrauterine inseminations.
Candidates must possess an Associate degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited institution and hold a current, active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license. A minimum of 3 years of RN experience is required, with at least 1 year preferred in the fertility field, and BLS certification is mandatory.

The RN plays a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering patient-centered fertility care. This position involves patient education, medication instruction, treatment planning, support during procedures, and close collaboration with physicians and staff to guide patients through all phases of assisted reproductive treatment.

Accessibility and Accommodations
Associate degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited institution. Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license, in good standing. BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. 3+ years RN experience; 1+ year in fertility preferred Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking preferred but not required Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day with flexibility for early morning/ evenings/night phone call coverage, weekends, or holidays as needed.
