Direct Support Professionals will work directly with individuals and their families to maximize quality of life by providing in-home assistance with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. They will also facilitate community involvement and support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with vehicle insurance, and must successfully pass a background check, reference check, and drug screening. This role involves direct, hands-on support for individuals.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.
