The Registered Nurse is responsible for following physician orders, accurately recording patient medical history, and monitoring/documenting changes in patient condition, notifying the physician and supervisor as necessary. Duties also include administering prescribed care like injections, medications, wound dressing, and providing monitoring and training to staff to maintain quality care for geriatric residents.
Candidates must possess a current state Registered Nurse License and demonstrate the ability to understand and follow all State regulations, company policies, and guidelines. A mandatory criminal background check must also be successfully passed.
