As part of the interdisciplinary team, aides provide hands-on personal care, report changes in client condition, and perform simple procedures as delegated within the home setting. Responsibilities also include assisting with instrumental activities of daily living and ensuring client safety.
Candidates must have six months of prior adult caregiving experience or have completed a CNA course or certificate, along with providing two positive references. Interim HealthCare seeks HHAs passionate about client-centered care to join their nationwide network.
As members of the interdisciplinary team who provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client’s condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in the home setting as evaluated/delegated and as permitted by the policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare and any other federal, state, and local law or regulations
