Provide direct patient care including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and nutrition for residents in a long-term care facility. Monitor resident health and behavior while maintaining a safe, clean environment and documenting care.
Must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana. A high school diploma is preferred, along with the ability to lift and move residents safely.
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Indiana. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar setting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to resident care.
