The Surgical Technologist provides support before, during, and after surgical procedures by managing equipment and assisting surgeons. They are responsible for maintaining a sterile field and ensuring the proper cleaning and routing of surgical materials.
Candidates must have completed a CAAHEP-accredited Surgical Technology program and hold or be eligible for NBSTA certification. Proficiency in surgical procedures, aseptic techniques, and patient safety concepts is required.
