The Registered Nurse manages the medication system, administers treatments, screens beneficiaries for medical issues, and engages in health promotion and education activities. This role also involves communicating with providers, educating the team on side effects, and directing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) staff.
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience working with adults with serious mental illness and possess an Associate's Degree of Nursing. Required abilities include working knowledge of medications, strong clinical skills, and the capacity to interact empathetically with beneficiaries.
The Nurse (RN) is part of the Family Practice team that provides person-centered services addressing a breadth of beneficiary’s needs, helping him or her achieve their personal goals.
The Nurse (RN) position oversees Nurse (LPN) staff.
