The Family Nurse Practitioner assumes responsibility and accountability for medical care provided to clients during clinic visits and while on call as assigned across various clinic sites and community health fairs. This role involves close collaboration with leadership to monitor clinical care standards and evaluate patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of Advanced Nurse Practice or a Physician Assistant Program and must be Board Certified or Board Eligible, passing boards within 12 months of hire. Required abilities include integrating services, coordinating care, encouraging client development, fostering clinical expertise, and communicating effectively across diverse populations.

Our Clinical Team is seeking a full time, Family Nurse Practitioner at our Mulberry Campus Clinic in Evansville, IN.
ECHO Community Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center that provides quality healthcare to all members of our community, including the insured, uninsured, under-insured and homeless.

We serve a population of approximately 15,000 and provide various clinical and community outreach services at six full time clinics.

Job Summary Assumes responsibility and accountability for the medical care provided to ECHC clients during clinic visits and on call as assigned. Services are provided at all clinic sites, on assignment, and on occasion at local community health fairs. Works closely with the Clinical Director, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Medical Officer and Site Managers to monitor standards of clinical care and to evaluate patient satisfaction and outcomes of care.
40 hours/weekly preferred but will consider 32 hours/weekly Monday - Friday, 8am -5pm Please, no phone calls.
