The Clinical Nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care, which includes assessing patient health status, planning and implementing individualized care plans, and coordinating patient activities on the assigned unit. This role also involves directing care team members, documenting all interventions and patient responses, and ensuring patient rights are upheld according to established guidelines.
Candidates must possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing and hold a current Registered Nurse License issued by Florida or a Compact State. Essential certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, with other unit-specific certifications like ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, or STABLE potentially being required.
