Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26), focusing on building strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care. Responsibilities also include developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans and maintaining thorough, timely clinical documentation.
Candidates must be licensed as an LMSW or Supervisee in Social Work (SISW) in Virginia and possess one year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients. Applicants also need one year of experience in a telehealth or virtual setting and flexibility to work after 4 pm weekdays and/or weekends.

Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Centreville, VA. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families.
