Position Summary

• The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for providing therapy services, upon referral from an appropriate licensed practitioner, to patients including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation related documentation and communication.
• Evaluates and treats patients in order to produce effective outcomes.
• Communicates and assists in resolving problems.
• Demonstrates effective resource utilization that is critical to operational stability within the organization.
• Participates in performance improvement and program growth.
