Key responsibilities include hands-on patient care such as recording vitals, preparing patients for exams, administering treatments like injections, and performing basic lab tests and EKGs. The role also involves administrative duties like managing EMR documentation and coordinating patient scheduling and follow-ups.
Candidates must have over 3 years of experience as a medical assistant, preferably in primary care, and possess a Medical Assistant Certification is preferred. Essential qualities include strong communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, compassion for senior citizens, and a commitment to excellence.
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with a passion for providing outstanding care to join our dedicated team. Medical Assistants are the heart and core of Greenbrook Medical’s clinics and patient care. As our next Medical Assistant, you will care for our patients in a hands-on and personalized way to ensure all patients receive excellent care and attention. Your work will ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients by supporting the clinical team and fostering meaningful relationships with patients and their families. Reporting to the Center Manager, this role offers the opportunity to take on more responsibility as we grow.
Medical Assistant Certification is preferred.
