The Liaison will engage directly with patients to coordinate specialty and retail pharmacy services, acting as a communication bridge between patients, providers, and the pharmacy to improve prescription capture. Key duties involve processing prior authorizations, assisting with financial aid, updating clinical data, and providing direct patient support via calls.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and an active Pharmacy Technician license in good standing in Wisconsin, along with recent work experience as a Pharmacy Technician. Preferred qualifications include PTCB certification and experience supporting clinical pharmacy programs and handling administrative tasks.
