The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. This role involves encouraging resident independence, supporting resident choice, and preserving dignity through professional interactions.
Candidates must exhibit a positive customer service attitude, display personal initiative, maintain consistent work attendance, and possess strong communication skills, including careful listening and timely reporting. Prior direct care experience and a High School diploma or GED are preferred qualifications.
Prior direct care experience preferred. High school diploma or GED. Current CPR certification preferred. Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
