The Physical Therapist will be responsible for performing evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing interventions such as therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance training. Responsibilities also include monitoring patient progress, adjusting care plans, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Candidates must be a graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school and possess an active California Physical Therapist License. The role is offered as a 13-week travel contract or a full-time opportunity based on preference.

Up to $2340 weekly Anticipated duration of contract: 13 weeks Travel contract assignment or a full-time opportunity, based on candidate preference and availability Range of Responsibilities: Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions Implement fall prevention and safety strategies Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Complete timely and accurate documentation per regulatory guidelines Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Participate in care planning and discharge planning Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques
