The Role Deliver comprehensive medical care with a high standard of clinical judgment Perform routine and advanced soft tissue surgeries (orthopedic experience a plus, not required) Manage complex medical cases with appropriate diagnostics and follow-through Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, compassionate communication Mentor support staff and contribute to a culture of learning and professionalism
