The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in skilled nursing or subacute facilities, assessing, diagnosing, and treating various emotional and behavioral health conditions. They must develop evidence-based treatment plans, collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Applicants must possess an active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state they are applying for, along with effective oral and written communication skills in English. Candidates need basic proficiency with technology, strong organizational skills for documentation compliance, and the ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities.

Senior Care Therapy is seeking full-time or part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join our mission of providing in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted livings throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD.
