The Physical Therapist provides diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients of all ages to restore function and reduce pain. They are responsible for evaluating patients and implementing comprehensive therapeutic interventions to prevent disability.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy Program and hold a valid New Jersey state license. CPR certification is also required or must be obtained within six months of employment.
The primary purpose of the Physical Therapist position is to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients of all ages. Physical Therapist will evaluate referred patients, to implement and administer a comprehensive therapeutic intervention to restore and maximize function, to relieve or reduce pain, and to prevent disability following disease or injury.
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (candidates that are near completion of the degree requirements and will be eligible for licensure requirements will be considered). Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey as verified by the Board of Consumer Affair. Must maintain license in good standing.
