The nurse is accountable for providing care based on their licensure and maintaining updated clinical records for each patient. They will also evaluate nursing services, consult with physicians, and educate patients and caregivers.
Candidates must have an LPN/LVN nursing degree and an unencumbered license in the state of employment. A valid driver’s license, clear background screening, and current CPR certification are also required.
