Deliver patient-centered, trauma-informed, and affirming primary care to a diverse population, including LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC patients. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide integrated care involving HIV services and behavioral health.
Requires a graduate degree from a certified Family or Adult NP or PA program and a current Massachusetts license. Preference is given to candidates with at least two years of clinical experience in primary or community health settings.

Education: Graduate degree from a certified Family or Adult NP or PA program Current Massachusetts license Demonstrated ability to work respectfully and effectively with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
