Smith Correctional Facility – Banning, California RUHS – Murrieta Juvenile Hall – Murrieta, California RUHS – YTEC Riverside – Riverside, California RUHS – Robert Presley Detention Center – Riverside, California Robert Presley Detention Center is a minimum-security adult facility. 702 inmate facility. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; closed on county holidays. On-site labs, imaging, and Point of Care testing.
