As a Registered Nurse, you will plan, organize, and direct compassionate care focused on patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life by providing skilled clinical care, expert symptom management, and meaningful education. Key duties include performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized plans of care, and ensuring accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current RN license in the state of practice along with CPR certification. One year of home health experience is preferred, and applicants must possess strong clinical judgment, communication skills, critical thinking abilities, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
