The Medical Receptionist is responsible for essential medical department duties, including collecting and maintaining medical records, triaging patients, and preparing charts for medical shifts. This role also involves extensive front desk operations such as greeting patients, answering phones, managing inventory, and liaising between administrative and clinical departments.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED, with a Medical Assistant or Medical certification being preferred but not required. Strong skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and computer proficiency (especially MS Office) are necessary, alongside mandatory background checks and clearances.

The Medical Receptionist is a crucial role to the operations of Preventive Measures, LLC. The Medical Receptionist will report to the Medical Administrator and the Program Director. You will not only complete Medical Department duties but will also assist with the Front Desk.
The Medical Administrator for medical shifts and any medical issues and the Program Director for the front desk shifts.
Must always be able to multi-task and maintain professional conduct. Applicant must be detailed oriented, highly organized, and results driven. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
