The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist residents with personal care, activities of daily living, and mobility support. They are also responsible for monitoring vital signs, serving meals, and maintaining a safe, clean environment for residents.
Candidates must hold a current certification in the state of Arkansas and be in good standing. The role requires the physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and perform various movements to assist residents effectively.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Hold/handle Lift Carry Reach – at and below shoulder height Push/pull Grasp and handle – pens, paperwork and small equipment Twist, bend, stoop, kneel and squat Sit, stand and walk Fine hand motor coordination Ability to read and write legibly Ability to comprehend and follow instructions LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS: Must be currently certified and in good standing in the state of Arkansas.
