The MRI Technologist will provide PRN coverage for outpatient centers in Decatur and Athens, covering staffing gaps, vacation, and call-outs for AM/PM shifts, potentially including some weekends. The role involves delivering patient-focused diagnostic and screening radiology services.
Candidates must possess a minimum associate's degree or graduation from an accredited two-year radiology program. Required certifications include ARRT certification in Radiography, ARRT advanced registration in MR, and BLS certification within 60 days of hire, along with meeting state licensure requirements.
Description Outpatient Diagnostic Center of Alabama is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our patient-focused team!
We are looking for AM/PM Shift Coverage, with the possibility of some weekends. Evening shifts and weekend hours qualify for shift differential pay!

EDUCATION: Must have a minimum associate's degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration from ARRT. Must also hold an MR advanced registration through ARRT. Additionally, must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice.
