The Outpatient Therapist will conduct various forms of therapy including child, adolescent, adult, family, and group sessions, alongside providing necessary crisis intervention and health clinic consultations. Essential duties involve formulating and executing treatment plans, meticulously documenting patient encounters, and facilitating patient access to relevant community resources and social support networks.
Candidates must possess a fully licensed Mental Health Professional status, specifically LCSW or LCPC. Preferred qualifications include two years of clinical therapist experience and experience in private practice, along with necessary computer and excellent communication skills.

The Outpatient Therapist provides outpatient child, adolescent, adult, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and health clinic consultations, in accordance with the Heartland Health Services’ (HHS) mission, strategic goals, federal and state laws and regulations, performance and outcome objectives, and accreditation standards.
