The role involves supporting individuals with disabilities in basic living, job, and social skills integration into the community, working towards achieving personal outcomes for a high quality of life. Job Coaches specifically focus on training individuals for job independence, productivity, and accomplishment.
Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Essential abilities include effective communication, reliability, respectful interaction, sound judgment, the capacity to train others, and the physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
