Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities by assisting with basic living, employment skills, and personal care. Responsibilities include administering medications, managing schedules, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.
Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to treat clients with dignity and respect. Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs and the capacity to make sound rational judgments are required.
