The Dental Assistant will deliver outstanding chairside support to dentists and hygienists across various procedures while preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and equipment according to infection control standards. They must ensure patients feel comfortable and anticipate provider needs to maintain efficient studio flow and collaborate on performance goals.
Candidates must possess all state-required certifications, registrations, or licenses for dental assistants, along with current CPR/BLS certification and demonstrated chairside knowledge. The role requires strong communication skills, adaptability to new technologies, and the ability to work a full-time or part-time schedule that includes some Saturdays.

From preparing treatment rooms and maintaining sterilization protocols to ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for, you’ll help keep the flow of the studio running smoothly while delivering an exceptional care experience.
