The Phlebotomist 2 is responsible for safely collecting and processing quality specimens according to BSWH policies and procedures while delivering exceptional patient care. This role also involves assisting with training and auditing behaviors and performance as assigned.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and have less than one year of experience. Required certification includes a Phlebotomy Technician certification from an approved agency or a Donor Phlebotomy Tech certification from ASCP.

EDUCATION - H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Donor Phlebotomy Tech-ASCP (DPT), Phlebotomy Technician (PBT): Must have a Phlebotomy Tech Cert from one of these agencies: ASCP, NPA, ASPT, NCCT, NHA, AMT, NAHP, AMCA, AAH or ACA.
