Requires an MD or DO degree, ACGME accredited residency in Radiation Oncology, and board certification or eligibility. Must possess or be able to obtain a Utah medical license, DEA, and full prescriptive authority.
Radiation Oncology Physician When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.” About this role: As a Radiation Oncology Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will provide expert, evidence‑based radiation therapy to patients with malignant and select benign conditions. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, medical oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, to develop and deliver individualized treatment plans. This position includes a $30,000 sign-on bonus, and up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, if applicable You will practice at Park City, Utah clinic, this is new clinic opening in August 2026 Your hours will be Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm Call is shared with the Intermountain Team Develop individualized radiation treatment plans using advanced technologies such as IMRT, VMAT, SBRT/SRS, IGRT Engage with dosimetrists, physicists, therapists, and nursing staff to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery Provide follow‑up care, survivorship planning, and long‑term monitoring for late effects Participate in tumor boards, and case conferences How we'll support you: We care about your wellbeing which is why we provide our caregivers with a generous benefits package. What you’ll bring: MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine ACGME accredited Residency training in Radiation Oncology Board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology Strong clinical skills in modern radiation therapy techniques and technologies Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time About us: Intermountain Health is a model health system by providing extraordinary care and superior service at an affordable cost.
