The Recovery Specialist is responsible for providing clinical assessment, risk/safety planning, and treatment planning for adults with serious mental illness, while leading the development of recovery-based services. Key duties involve providing clinical leadership for clients, coordinating the treatment team, and taking primary responsibility for developing and evaluating overall treatment goals and plans.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Applied Behavioral Analysis. Essential requirements include the ability to work in a team, coordinate care across a continuum, possess a valid driver's license with a safe record, and have strong communication and documentation skills.

The Recovery Specialist provides clinical assessment, risk/safety planning, and treatment planning for adults with serious mental illness. The role is pivotal in leading the development of comprehensive, recovery-based services and coordinating a multi-disciplinary team to evaluate and enhance program services. Key responsibilities include providing clinical leadership for an assigned group of clients, coordinating and monitoring the activities of the individual treatment team, and assuming primary responsibility for the development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of overall treatment goals and plans in collaboration with the team.
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
Salary Range: $60,000—$65,000 USD
