The Medication Reconciliation Technician is responsible for performing technical and clerical duties essential for identifying current inpatient home medications, including obtaining accurate medication histories for newly admitted patients. This role also involves general pharmacy operations such as filling and delivering orders and conducting storage audits.
Candidates must possess a High School Degree or GED and maintain national certification (NHA or PTCB) as required by the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy, along with State registration as a Pharmacy Technician. BLS Certification and compliance in RQI are also mandatory requirements.
