The Physician will provide full-spectrum family medicine care, conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnosing illnesses, developing treatment plans, and managing acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages. Responsibilities also include ordering tests, coordinating referrals, providing preventive care, and collaborating with the care team while maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates must have completed a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD), along with an accredited internship and residency, and hold an active medical license in New York State. Applicants must also be currently board certified by an ABMS Member Board or an approved AOA specialty board, though upcoming new graduates who are board eligible will be considered.

As a Physician at CapitalCare Family Practice Slingerlands, you will provide full-spectrum family medicine care alongside experienced physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. The practice emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and strong patient relationships, with modern tools such as telemedicine and a secure patient portal to support coordinated care and patient access.

Competitive benefits and compensation package including a base salary of $275,000 and 100% covered health insurance!
Qualified candidates should have completion of Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD), completion of an accredited internship and residency and an active license to practice medicine in NYS.
