The technologist competently performs routine and specialized computerized tomography procedures to generate quality images for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and disease prevention. This role requires independent work, sound judgment, and the execution of safe and precise procedures while ensuring patient cooperation and adherence to all regulations.
Candidates must have graduated from a JRCERT accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and possess a CRT certification for the state of work, along with BLS certification. A minimum of five years of recent relevant experience as a CT Technologist is required, with potential need for Radiology Fluoroscopy certification within 180 days.
EDUCATION: Other: Graduation from an JRCERT accredited Radiologic Technologist Program CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist (from state where work is being performed) BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy within 180 Days of hire if required at the affiliate.
