The role is responsible for obtaining specimens and performing laboratory tests at a highly complex level across various instruments, including hematological, blood banking, chemical, microscopic, or microbiology examinations. The individual must maintain acceptable performance throughout all Pre-Analytical, Analytical, and Post-Analytical processes.
A Montana license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist is required, and registration as a Clinical Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Technologist with one year of experience in highly complex methods is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision, handle pressure, maintain accuracy, and effectively manage stressful situations and conflicts.
