The specialist will monitor clients' emotional conditions and facilitate daily care by providing emotional support, assistance, and motivation while working alongside licensed professionals. Responsibilities also include participating in progress evaluation, facilitating treatment programs on various topics, and protecting clients from harm using the Therapeutic Crisis Model of Intervention.
A minimum of a High School diploma is required, though an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field is preferred, and candidates must be at least 21 years old. Applicants must demonstrate sensitivity when relating to diverse individuals and possess the ability to work with high initiative and independent judgment.

As a Youth Mental Health Specialist, you will have the opportunity to care for our clients while working alongside licensed professionals and gaining excellent clinical experience.
