The Physical Therapist Assistant will be responsible for assisting in evaluating clients' abilities and limitations and supporting patients through all phases of physical therapy treatment, including exercise instruction and manual therapy. This role also involves observing patients and communicating observations and patient information with the Physical Therapist and other healthcare team members for treatment planning.
Candidates must possess an Associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and hold an unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure to practice in New York State. Required certifications include CPR and First Aid, and the company encourages applications from both recent graduates and experienced professionals.
